Exam Certificates

• Have been received in school and are ready for collection. 
• All certificates must be collected; it is not possible to post them.
• If you will be unable to collect your certificates yourself you must provide written permission to  allow another person to collect them on your behalf.

Guilsborough School is only able to retain certificates for a period of one year after issue.  If candidates do not collect their certificates within this time (or if they lose their certificates) they can only be replaced by direct application to the appropriate exam board. The boards will require proof of identity (such as a birth certificate or passport) and a substantial fee for each replacement certificate.
