Year 10 Geography Trip to Hunstanton
Year 10 GCSE Geography Students Complete Fieldwork in Hunstanton
Our Year 10 GCSE Geography students enjoyed a successful field trip to Hunstanton, Norfolk, where they completed essential physical fieldwork in preparation for their GCSE Geography Paper 3 examination.
During the visit, students investigated coastal erosion management and sand dune ecosystems, collecting first-hand data and applying a range of geographical fieldwork techniques. This practical experience allowed students to develop their understanding of key geographical processes and see classroom learning brought to life in a real-world environment.
Working collaboratively with their teachers and peers, students strengthened their fieldwork skills, developed their confidence in data collection and analysis, and gained valuable experience to support their GCSE studies.
It was a fantastic day of learning beyond the classroom, and we are incredibly proud of the enthusiasm and commitment shown by all students involved.
