At Guilsborough Academy we are committed to promoting good mental health and wellbeing to help our students cope with day-to-day challenges, and develop into resilient young adults.
At Guilsborough Academy we offer access to resources, support, and activities aimed at promoting mental health and emotional well-being. This includes counselling, peer support programmes, educational resources and signposting to support services.
Mental health awareness is carried out in a number of ways, including themed assemblies, tutor time activities and sign-posting through our digital signage system.
Mental health is something we all have.
It’s an essential part of all of us which includes our thoughts and feelings, how we are getting on with other people and how we are managing day-to-day life.
