Flexible working arrangements available
We are seeking to appoint a Cover Manager to join our Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging planned and emergency cover on a daily basis and offer admin support to the Human Resources Manager where needed. The role is term time + 2 weeks, 20 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.
The post would suit a well organised, motivated and flexible person with staff management and administration experience with the ability to use ICT to a high level. Full training will be provided for the cover administration system.
This role also offers the desirable arrangement of flexible working for a suitable candidate where some hours could be worked at home. Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate would need to be available to start work at 7am each day. Additional hours may be considered for the right candidate.
