Once you turn 18, you have more freedom to choose your next steps. Whether you want to study, work, gain experience or explore new opportunities, there’s a route for everyone.
๐ 1. Continue in Education
You can carry on studying fullโtime or partโtime at university, college or a specialist provider.
Universities and colleges offer degree courses, foundation degrees, HNDs and higher technical qualifications.

Work, earn and learn at the same time. Apprenticeships give you realโworld experience and a recognised qualification.
Higher and degree apprenticeships allow you to keep learning after 18 at an advanced level.
